We are currently looking for a Fulfillment Manager at the Auburn location.

 

The Fulfillment Manager will examine processes, workflow, and assignments to assure continuous improvement of output per Associate and the accuracy of our transactions. 

 

What you will do:

• Directly responsible for all Receiving, Picking, and Staging activities
• Monitor and improve safety performance
• Manage warehouse processes, equipment, and associated costs
• Plan, schedule, and maintain coverage for all shifts
• Monitor department workloads and direct resources accordingly
• Grow and mentor a world-class team
• NC Tool Kit
• Other duties as assigned

 

What you will bring:

• Proactive communication skills
• High level of organization
• Experience with automated technologies
• Great follow through on tasks
• Team-oriented approach to tasks with excellent customer service skills
• Previous warehouse and/or driver experience
• Proficient in the use of Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Comfortable writing/responding to emails
• Proficient in using Solar for troubleshooting common questions related to deliveries
• Committed to 100% accuracy and doing tasks right the first time (DIRTFT)

 

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• Repetitive lifting and pulling of heavy objects (50+ lbs.)
• Mix of warehouse and office work environments
• Frequent computer, phone, and scanner usage
• Usual 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday however based on business needs evenings and weekend hours may occasionally be required
• Requires punctual and reliable on-site attendance
