Our client in Philadelphia, PA is looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join their growing team. This is a fully remote role with offices in Philadelphia and NYC.

Position Description:

• Provide a valuable presence in building infrastructure from ground up in Azure, leveraging terraform and AKS.
• Managing projects and automation processes to expand workload capacity within team.
• Work within a team of engineers on all applications to identify best opportunities to create most efficient processes in a DevOps environment.
• Participate in pre-post and peer reviews of code.
• Install and maintain software development best practices.
• Work within a team environment to lead an overall successful environment.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience and/or Senior Engineer title within the DevOps space.
• Advanced knowledge in coding preferably with experience in .NET, PowerShell and/or Python

Professional experience writing and reviewing code

• Knowledge surrounding Terraform, AKS and Azure within an Infrastructure environment.
• Advanced understanding of the Infrastructure framework and knowledge around interconnecting fits within different tools and platforms.
• Ability to leverage APIs across systems and direct team on best practices for efficiency.
• Advanced software engineer knowledge with experience in relevant software, platforms peer reviewing code, etc.

Bonus Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
• Knowledge of Active Directory, ServiceNow and relevant databases
