Job Description Summary

The general labor position performs various duties under the direct supervision of the lead/team leader and may work in different areas of the plant; raw receiving, process, packaging and warehouse.

Job Description

•This position performs various duties as assigned.

•May work in several different areas during shift, as assigned.

•Keeps work area clean at all times and works safely.

•Must behave in a professional manner at all times and comply with all company policies and procedures.

•Performs other functions as directed.

Basic & Preferred Qualifications

•Maintain a good attendance record.

•Work in all environments, such as cold, hot, wet, or dry.

•Communicate well, understand and comprehend verbal and written instructions in English.

•Lift up to 50 lbs

•Climb stairs and ladders

•Work independently with little or no supervision.

This compensation is specific to this position and takes into account a number of variables. Actual compensation may be higher or lower in the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to a candidate's work location, job duties, experience and expertise. A reasonable hourly estimate of the range for this role based on the variables previously mentioned is: $18.24
