Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a General Laborer!

Position type: Full-Time/Contract
Duration: 1 month
Location: Morristown, TN

Day Shift - 6am to 6:30pm
Night Shift - 6pm to 6:30am
12 hours shifts
24/7 coverage: 2-2-3 rotation

As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for opening cartons and removing tubes.

PHYSICAL/ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS:

• Standing on a concrete floor
  
• Must be capable of working at elevated heights and or confined space
  
• Wear proper personal protective equipment (hair net, bump cap, ear plugs, safety shoes, and uniform)
  
• Bending, stooping, twisting, turning, standing for extended time periods, reaching, climbing stairs, and lifting to 55 lbs
  
• Must be able to adapt to temperature and environmental extremes such as hot to cold, dust dirt and chemicals
  

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately
  
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
  
• Experience working within manufacturing environment is a plus
  

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $15.82 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
