THE IMPACT YOU'LL MAKE

As a General Manager, you will be a strong leader who enjoys a hands-on environment leading the team from the front. Your high level of business acumen and professionalism will also be required from time to time, as well as the discipline to work autonomously.

YOUR BACKGROUND
  • A bachelor's degree is required or equivalent job experience
  • A proven record of leadership (e.g., progression through positions of increasing responsibility) preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate are essential.
  • 3+ years of experience with waterworks industry
