The Judge Group is seeking a General Manager for a large distribution company located in the Lebanon, PA area.

Salary: $100,000-$125,000
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all warehouse and distribution activities
- Working with HR to manage staffing needs
- Manage P/L of the facility
- Drive continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- 8+ years in a leadership role withing a warehousing or distribution role
- P/L experience
- Experience managing a large hourly workforce
- Start up experience a plus
