What You Will Do

Panduit is seeking a Global Ethics and Compliance Manager to join its Global Ethics and Compliance team to play an integral role in sustaining and continuously improving its Ethics and Compliance program, focusing on the areas of business ethics, anti-corruption, business gifts and entertainment, anti-harassment, and conflict of interest.

The Global Ethics and Compliance Manager will also support the company's ESG efforts by providing support to meet customer demands and ensure compliance with various global regulations.

This role reports directly to the Chief Compliance Officer and will partner closely with a wide range of teams, including human resources, ERM, internal audit, ESG stakeholders and regional business leads.

• Lead, manage and continuously improve the Ethics and Compliance program's third-party due diligence policies, processes, and database to mitigate risks related to third-party relationships.
• Enhance the global anti-corruption and anti-bribery and economic sanctions compliance programs, including monitoring laws, creating, or revising policies and procedures as necessary, implementing data analytics, and building training and awareness campaigns for local implementation.
• Manage the Ethics and Compliance investigation program including creating and managing related policies and procedures, triaging reports and inquiries received through Panduit's ethics helpline and other reporting channels and working independently and collaboratively with Human Resources and Sr. Employment Counsel and other subject matter experts to ensure that concerns are assigned, investigated, and documented consistently and properly.
• Conduct or direct investigations, including interview support, documentation, and management of the case management database, and tracking of investigation remediation activities.
• Drive employee engagement and awareness campaigns, including assisting with the development and delivery of training on a broad range of ethics and compliance risk topics.
• Support Panduit's Global ESG efforts by monitoring, analyzing, and advising subject matter experts on global regulations applicable to the company's compliance efforts including environmental, anti-corruption (including FCPA), sanctions, human rights, labor, and safety. Assist with completion of customer ESG questionnaires.
• Localize and implement corporate global and compliance programs in various regions.
• Travel requirements: 10%

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 5-10 years of experience in a Compliance-related function with demonstrated success in leading programs.
• Manufacturing industry experience is a plus.
• Prior experience with management of third-party due diligence is preferred.
• Familiarity with information technology and data analytics is preferred.
• Excellent communication (oral and written), organization, analytical and project management skills.
• Demonstrated experience leading and influencing individuals and teams without formal organizational control.
