Reporting directly to the Global Governance Leader the Global Governance Manager will be an integral member of the Global Revenue Growth Management team, responsible for supporting global distributor chargeback compliance efforts, ensuring regional policy compliance and sharing best practices across different regions. Individual will be the primary point of contact for Vistex/SAP chargeback related issues. The individual will also be responsible for providing actionable analysis across different countries, as per business needs.

  • Perform distributor audits and quarterly ad-hoc chargeback audits in all regions.
  • Assess opportunities for Gross-To-Net (GTN) improvement through policy compliance and/or enhancement and lead cross functional efforts to implement. Address any global governance concerns, either individually or as part of a team.
  • Drive the creation and deployment of effective and efficient global compliance tools & policies across all four regions.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for profit realization and/or process improvement through best practice sharing between the regions.
  • Manage audit vendor to deliver against expectations.
  • Handle complex negotiations with Distributors to secure repayment of audit findings.
  • Determine global Vistex/SAP best practices and drive standards between the various regions.
  • Track completion of global corrective measures.

The successful candidate will join the KCP Global Transformation Finance Team and report to the KCP Global Governance Lead.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or Related field.

  • 7 or more years of experience in chargeback, pricing or audit, preferrably in a B2B environment.

  • Experience driving change to realize incremental revenue and profits.

  • Ability to have difficult conversations with internal and external costumers.

  • Self-Driven.

  • High degree of analytics competence, including strategic planning, price and gross to net analysis.

  • Attention to detail with ability to spot potential audit issues.

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively build and utilize tools and processes for continuous improvement.

  • Expert in chargeback systems - SAP, Vistex.

  • Evidence of driving and managing change.
