You'll be responsible for supporting the sell, expansion, and launch of Western Union cross-border money movement solutions to Tier 1 Banks and leading global FIs/non-FIs. You will significantly drive the number and success of profitable 3rd Party Partnerships and their associated long-term revenue. You'll offer cross-functional client support; you'll be accountable for delivering global strategic partnerships related to growth initiatives and collaborating with external prospects, existing partners, and internal stakeholders. Your role will be partner-facing, as you manage the performance of 3rd party global partners and cross-sell to existing clients, and assist with bringing new prospects onboard. You will work with the regional and commercial development teams to create holistic market strategies and pitches for sales prospects. You'll also be responsible for negotiating, signing, account management, and optimizing 3rd party partners. You'll support the sales effort for new and existing global accounts and assist with commercial negotiations and contractual, administrative requirements. As you manage these accounts, you will develop and implement the direction, metrics, and reports to help guide performance.

You will need to have 12 years plus partner-facing business development or operations experience from either a retail, digital or financial services environment for such a critical role. You will need to demonstrate you are a project manager and can organize teams and deliver change initiatives. Previous experience in managing global teams is a must in this position. You will need to show a track record of having done this cross-functionally and be results-driven. You will need to have interfaced with external organizations, including Financial Institutions. You must demonstrate that you can build relationships with external stakeholders in complex regulatory environments and navigate your way around international corporate matrix organizations comfortably.

The annual gross base salary range is $135,000 - $200,000. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. The total compensation will also include a short-term commission bonus and long-term equity (20% of base) incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
