We are looking for an Offensive Security Leader with a passion for red teaming and penetration testing software to promote security awareness, security maturity, and compliance best practices for the security community. The successful candidate will serve as an influential technical ambassador to both champion and elicit feedback for the red teaming and penetration testing solutions within the HelpSystems Infrastructure Protection platform.

What You'll Do:

• Participate and contribute within the security community as a practitioner and top expert on red teaming and penetration testing

• Act as strategic advisor to HelpSystems red teaming and penetration testing platforms

• Engage with key stakeholders within the community via Slack, blog posts, and other means to maintain positive HelpSystems presence with this community.

• Represent HelpSystems at security industry events and consortiums

• Release open source code and proof-of-concepts that use HelpSystems penetration testing and red teaming technologies

• Increase brand awareness of HelpSystems as a leading infrastructure protection & security company

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 5 years of professional experience with 3+ years of experience in red teaming or penetration testing 

• Substantial hands-on experience with security technologies such as red teaming and penetration testing products, especially Cobalt Strike

• Knowledge of and passion for red teaming and penetration testing methodologies

• Knowledge of security engineering, architectures and/or tooling

• Demonstrated track record of security industry contributions, community engagement, public speaking and high-quality authored content

• Education: OSCP is a plus
