  • Serve as a thought leader on everything related to talent management; provide ongoing guidance to HR business partners to ensure they effectively counsel leaders and managers on developing talent
  • Being a trusted advisor/executive coach for leaders
  • Build an employer brand and culture that is exciting, aspirational and resonates with current and potential employees
  • Foster a shift towards a less traditional approach to Talent Management with a focus on stimulating more peer-to-peer learning, learning communities, leaders as coaches, and learning over knowing
  • Help to build a culture of open feedback and accountability
  • Collaborate with relevant COEs, committees, and business leaders to build and agile approach that drives behavior change, pulling on levers which include communications, process changes, and capability building
  • Create and lead an integrated talent management framework globally
  • Build a scalable performance culture that can remain strong and consistent across multiple markets,
  • Understand the unique needs of individuals, teams, departments, and the company overall to define, deliver the events, activities, and content that enable our culture. Focus on amplifying strengths and addressing gaps across all aspects of the employee journey/lifecycle and career path
  • Benchmark talent management approaches and build a strong network with peers inside and outside the organization to build programs that address needs and are ahead of the curve
  • Guide, mentor, and develop a high performing talent management team of four, including Learning & Development to develop programs and learning resources customized to user groups (individuals, managers, leaders, HRBPs, function-specific resources, etc.)
  • Partner with Corporate Communications to continually evolve our narrative as an employer of choice, using storytelling to bring the employee experience to life
