Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Review assigned schedule (biometric form) to ensure event is properly staffed and biometrics ordered are accurate.
    • Contact client one week prior to event to coordinate setups, event parameters.
    • Collaborate with Client Services.
    • Import Event into ERSS
    • Perform a test participant to ensure labs are correct as well as demo file imported prior to event.
    • Contact assigned team one week prior to notify of travel dates/times.
    • Responsible for coordination of meals and hotels for assigned staff.
    • Responsible for printing event schedule daily.
    • Responsible for morning huddle prior to each event. Huddle will review event parameters and reminders for the day.
    • Complete packing supply requisition. Monitor and track all shipments to ensure receipt.
    • Direct and assist in set up and break down of the event site (includes packing and moving boxes and cases).
    • Extensive travel to a variety of client locations for events. Events may take place during or outside of normal business hours and include travel and/or work on weekends.
    • Have knowledge of and perform all HRA event roles:
    • Serve as Event Registrar using computer system and control flow of participants to various stations during the event by adhering to appointment schedules and directives from the client.
    • Accurately and correctly perform using proper technique venipuncture blood draws in a fast pace environment.
    • Understand proper draw order for blood collection tubes.
    • Responsible for correctly, confidentially, and completely performing all blood collection processes during HRA event.
    • Accurately obtain and record participant biometric and manual blood pressure readings at health assessment events.
    • Responsible for correctly, confidentially, and completely processing all biometric readings, Healthy Life Surveys, Notice of Privacy Practices, Acknowledgement of Treatment, HRA Recap Reports and Lab Requisition Forms.
    • Export event data at the end of each event. Daily log should match labs collected and participants seen, not necessarily what ERSS states if more than one event occurs in a day.
    • Responsible for sending daily event log to HRA Operations Manager and HRA Processing Manager.
    • Manage event supply usage, packing and shipping.
    • Responsible for all IT equipment.
    • Manage employees and schedules for assigned events.
    • Provide coaching and feedback to assigned team members.
    • Document all personnel issues in writing and provide to the HRA Operations Manager at the time of the coaching session.
    • Exhibit excellent customer service and professionalism at all times.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    • Ability to sit at desk in office location each normal work day
    • Ability to stand for up to four hours
    • Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs
    • Ability to use personal computer
    • Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively in person and by telephone
    • Ability to work well in a fast passed environment, while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
    • Ability to drive to and from client and vendor sites
    • Ability to travel commercially by common carrier
    • Ability to work in climate-controlled office environment
    • Ability to work in non-office environments (i.e., industrial, manufacturing, conference centers) at client and vendor sites

    Minimum Qualifications
    • Medical Assistant Certified with clinical experience preferred
    • Phlebotomy Certified with previous experience within the last 3 to 5 years preferred
    • Ability to take manual blood pressure reading
    • Associate's or Bachelor's in a health or wellness related field is preferred
    • 1-2 years of health care background or experience preferred
    • Demonstrated effective ability to apply critical thinking and problem solving
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently on scheduled assignments with responsibility for multiple phases of a process or function
    • Demonstrated ability to apply attention to details
    • Experience with Microsoft Office products
    • Ability to work well with and to communicate clearly to all levels of personnel
    • Ability to manage workloads, multi-task and meet deadlines
