What You'll Do
- Cultivate Slalom's vision, strategy, and relationships across the Health Tech ecosystem
- Develop industry leading intellectual capital and solution accelerators to help Health Tech and other clients navigate the evolving industry, including trends in interoperability, health IT security, privacy, and AI
- Partner with account and capability leaders to develop growth plans, market and capture new business, and drive accountability to achieve targets
- Educate and empower Slalom sales, go-to-market, and capability leaders to achieve business and delivery objectives
- Serve as a leader within our Global Healthcare Community and steward of Slalom's core values, demonstrating a daily growth mindset and passion for people
- Collaborate with Slalom leaders, partners, and clients to create and deliver person-centered solutions that advance health equity, access, and outcomes

- At least 10 years of experience working in the healthcare industry
- 7+ years' experience working in the healthcare consulting
- Experience working with interoperable health IT systems, including electronic health records, practice management systems, and claims administration
- Advanced experience and leadership in the areas of:
- Strategic Planning & Roadmap Development
- Operating Model Development
- Business Case Development
- Business Process Design & Implementation
- Program Management
- Executive Stakeholder Management
- Business & Technical Transformation
- Account Leadership

Compensation and BenefitsSlalom prides itself on helping team members thrive in their work and life. Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range in Denver is $217,000 to $302,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
