The Healthcare Pricing Analyst will be responsible for supporting assigned market segments, including coordination and submission of bid responses and activities related to the implementation of company plans to foster continued sales and market share growth.

If you have a passion for analyzing and improving sales and marketing processes, identifying and implementing process improvements, and collecting relevant market data to provide feedback and insights, this could be the role for you!

Responsibilities Include:

• Evaluate and execute the data analysis and implementation portions of Product Line Strategy (PLS) negotiations, sometimes involving running presentations in front of senior management
• Participate in impromptu analysis for defensive situations often in very high stakes short timeframes while maintaining normal service levels on day to day tasks
• Communicate clearly and often to the internal Product Platforms about the product requirements, cost targets, and customer needs that will lead to profitable sales and long-term product line health
• Actively participate in New Product Development (NPD) and Strategic Innovation initiatives
• Work on bids, proposals, and new business integrations by working with supply chain to ultimately stock the right product in optimal quantities
• Think critically on the fly and manipulate a report accordingly during conversation with Regional Sales VPs, where actions and results are expected in a timely fashion
• Process, determine, and load daily pricing/department requests
• Overall coordination, set up, sampling, and testing for new or existing products as requested for or by specific customers

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required. Bachelor's Degree with a concentration in Textiles, Business, Economics, Computer Science, or Statistics preferred
• Minimum of 1 to 3 years in a related business role or equivalent coursework with demonstrated ability to succeed. Preferred: 3+ Years with quantifiable results in a related business role or previous experience in a bid/analysis related position
• Problem solving, detail and organizational skills. Excellent interpersonal/communication. Robust skills in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Willingness to travel, physically able to lift heavy boxes of product samples and inspect accordingly
