Overview

Keller Management Services, LLC is one of the World's leading Specialty Contractors and have offices throughout the United States . We are part of the leading international ground engineering firm, Keller Group, PLC based in the UK.

We are seeking a highly motivated Help Desk Technician with excellent communication skills to become a member of our IT Services team based in Rockaway, NJ. This position will require you to be in office to serve as the liaison between the region and Corporate IT. Y ou will support your region by traveling to local offices to train staff on new procedures while serving as the technical point of contact to Keller Corporate IT.

The ideal candidate would have an Associates/Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study and/or multiple industry standard certifications such as A+, Net+, MCTS/MCSE, as well as 1-2 years' hands on experience in a Microsoft Windows environment.

  • HP desktops/notebooks running Windows10
  • ServiceNow ITSM
  • Exchange Server 2010
  • HP desktops/notebooks running Windows10
  • Windows Server 2012R2/2016/2019; Active Directory
  • Microsoft Office 365
  • Smartphone/Tablet Support: Droid/iPhone/iPad; Intune EMM
  • Microsoft Windows Virtual Desktop


Qualifications

Experience & Expertise
  • One to two years working experience providing technical support in a multiple office environment.
  • Order computers through Corp IT
  • Proven ability to diagnose both computer hardware and software issues (OS and apps).
  • Windows Server system administration using Active Directory, deploying applications and antivirus solutions, printer configuration, remote desktop, etc..
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve basic network connectivity issues
  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skill
  • Ability to assess and prioritize issues.
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Attention to detail.
  • Setup and test computers to ensure readiness for employee arrival
  • Be directly accessible and responsive to users; especially remote employees with limited time
  • MS InTune experience
