We are seeking a highly motivated Help Desk Technician with excellent communication skills to become a member of our IT Services team based in Rockaway, NJ. This position will require you to be in office to serve as the liaison between the region and Corporate IT. Y ou will support your region by traveling to local offices to train staff on new procedures while serving as the technical point of contact to Keller Corporate IT.
The ideal candidate would have an Associates/Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study and/or multiple industry standard certifications such as A+, Net+, MCTS/MCSE, as well as 1-2 years' hands on experience in a Microsoft Windows environment.
