Job Summary: We are currently looking for a Route Accounting Clerk to join our team. If you are detail oriented and a fast learner, this might be the perfect job for you!Essential Duties and Responsibilities Handling invoices and billingAudit and reconciliation: Investigates over/shorts on load sheets and delivery ticketsWill utilize AS400 SystemSettling individual salesEffectively utilize time available to achieve results through prioritizing demandsMaintains an air of professionalism and communicates effectivelyDemonstrates problem solving and decision making ability, as neededMust demonstrate proficiency in essential tasks of the job and a willingness to learnOther duties as assigned or required. Additional Responsibilities: Include, but are not limited to the following:10- Key adding machine experience is a must Self-starterAbility to thrive in a fast-paced work environment preferredTake part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company, position and products Work Environment: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
