Job Title: Home Health RN

Details: 13 week assignment with the potential to extend. Schedule would be 8hrs/day Monday-Friday. Territories are Kokomo and Anderson area.

Minimum Requirements:

• IN or Compact RN license
• OASIS E experience required
• HCHB experience strongly preferred
