RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Saint Louis, MO that is seeking a Home Loan Specialist. This is an entry level role supporting various channels. As the Home Loan Specialist, you will act as a key contributor to facilitate efficient and effective processes that support business and customer service objectives. Responsibilities:- Perform routine data entry and validation tasks
- The Home Loan Specialist will initiate third party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.)
- Review and validate loan documents
- Handle routine calls, emails and/or chat responses
- Monitor work queues and intervening as needed
- The Home Loan Specialist will demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- General understanding of applicable Federal, State and Local regulations
- Financial Services experience and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
