HomePointe Healthcare is looking to hire a Full or Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse and a Registered Nurse to join our team in the Portage, Indiana area!

We employ Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nurse Assistants and Home Health Aids. Part-time & Full-time Benefits include:

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and valid auto insurance
