A new and exciting opportunity has just opened up in the Greater Seattle Area for a Hospital Chief Financial Officer. Join this excellent health system and lead the Acute Care Hospital’s Financial Operations.

This Community Medical Center has built a strong reputation in the Greater Seattle Area for excellent patient care and outstanding services. The CFO will join a facility that offers Surgery, Inpatient, Emergency, Rehabilitation, Home Health & Hospice, Outpatient, and more. This medical center has been a staple of the community for many years, and the incoming Hospital CFO will play a large role in keeping it that way. 

The Hospital Chief Financial Officer will report to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and is supported by the Director of Revenue Cycle & Patient Access, Director of Health Information Management, and Controller. The CFO will provide strategic direction for the Fiscal and Business Services for the Hospital and report the Hospital’s progress to the CEO. This person oversees the development and implementation of financial reporting, fiscal systems, fiscal policies and procedures, and budgeting processes. 

The Hospital CFO will have a strong understanding of hospital operations, accounting/financial operations, healthcare reimbursement systems, and familiarity with the state budgeting process. One of the primary responsibilities of the CFO is to develop the long-term financial goals and objectives that support the overall mission and vision of the Hospital.

The Greater Seattle Area is famous for many reasons - you can check out Pike’s Place Market, the Seattle Art Museum, and the Seattle Symphony, all in a day’s walk.
