Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic HR Analyst to lead key HR initiatives and coordination, while also incorporating entry-level HR and Team Member Relations duties into their role. This position will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects within set deadlines and budgets, in addition to supporting the HR team in annual deliverables and managing associate relations tasks. The ideal candidate will have a blend of project management skills, a strong foundation in HR practices, and the ability to handle associate relations with sensitivity and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management. Develop full-scale project plans, track progress, and manage changes in project scope.
  • HR and Associate Relations Duties: Assist in handling day-to-day HR tasks and associate relations issues, including but not limited to, answering employee queries, conducting initial investigations, and supporting conflict resolution processes.
  • Annual Deliverables Support: Assist the HR team in planning and executing annual HR deliverables such as performance reviews, compensation planning, and employee satisfaction surveys.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain ongoing communication with project stakeholders and the HR team, ensuring clear and timely updates on project status, HR policies, and associate relations matters.
  • Resource and Budget Management: Estimate resources needed for project execution and HR initiatives, manage project budgets, and recommend necessary adjustments.
  • Team Support and Development: Coach and mentor project team members and contribute to the development of HR team capabilities.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving HR processes and project management practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:
Education/Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. Master's degree or professional HR certifications (e.g., PMP, SHRM-CP) preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a corporate environment, with exposure to HR operations and associate relations. Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and experience handling sensitive employee relations matters.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in project management software, MS Office, and HRIS systems.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Special Skills: Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead projects from conception to completion.
