HR BUSINESS PARTNER: DETAILS
Title: HR Business Partner
Location: Smyrna TN
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: $80-90K / year + 10% Annual Bonus + Full Benefits
Type: Direct Hire Opportunity
Hours: Standard Business Hours
Openings: 1
Additional: This will be 100% on-site

REQUIREMENTS: HR BUSINESS PARTNER
* Bachelor's Degree (Human Resources, Leadership, Business), preferred
* Minimum of eight years' progressive experience in Human Resources as a HRBP or HR Manager
* Extensive experience handling employee relations issues
* Professional in Human Resources (PHR)/Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)/SHRM certification, preferred
* Strategic planning
* Succession planning
* Employee relations
* Performance management/coaching and development (e.g., appraisal, disciplinary action, career development)
* Talent management

RESPONSIBILITIES: HR BUSINESS PARTNER
* Acts as a strategic partner to closely align the business objectives of employees, management and leadership of the businesses they support
* Serves as an employee champion and change agent, seeking integrated solutions
* Forms strong partnerships across the HR function to deliver value added services to management and employees
* Maintains a high level of business literacy about the business units, its strategies, financial drivers, competition and short-range and long range plans, including the effect of acquisitions, growth plans and any downsizing as they may affect human resources
* Possesses personal and professional creditability to serve as a coach and advisor to employees and members of management
* Identifies and helps solve employee performance issues
* Works closely with business leadership, plans for succession and employee development
* Works with others in HR and members of management to create a division wide talent management system by understanding and championing learning development needs
* Maintains an understanding of the culture and pace of the business and how this relates to employee relations
* Collaborates with the HR Center of Excellence in understanding and ensuring compliance with legal requirements and government regulations
* Collaborates with the HR Center of Excellence in recruiting, interviewing and selecting employees
* May represent Company at employee related hearings and investigations
* Serves as a member of the North America HR Leadership Team
* Performs as a consultant to management on all human resource related matters
