A global organization in Rosemont is seeking an HR Administrator to work on a contract basis for the next 2 months and is looking to get this individual started ASAP. This role would be onsite at their Rosemont location. You will be supporting the recruiting team with tasks such as entering positions to UltiPro Recruiting ATS, posting jobs, drafting offer letters, scheduling interviews, messaging candidates, etc.

You:

• UltiPro experience
• 1+ year of recruiting/HR support
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Detail oriented
