Apply now for the position of Data Management Specialist / Leave Specialist , and you will ensure timely and accurate administration of the hire to retire process and is responsible for ensuring accuracy and integrity of HR core and Leave of Absence data.

In this role you are going to be part of an international team and will be the front door to HR queries of our workforce in the United States and Canada.

Your role:

• Ensure timely and accurate administration of the hire to retire process and manage transactional inputs processed within the HR Systems

• Prepare HR documents such as work contracts, contract modifications, reference letters, etc. and ensure that these documents meet local requirements and government legislation

• S erve as point of contact with HR and HR vendors

• Understand usage of HR Systems processes, data and downstream implications and make recommendation/implement solutions.

• Ensure overall HR data quality, integrity and consistency and monitor HR data completeness and integration

• Run standard, pre-built reports as per agreed schedules and guidelines

• Serve as an escalation point for the team and interact with various levels within the department for resolution

• Identify and provide feedback on service continuous improvement initiatives and service enhancements based on KPIs, customer feedback and best practice sharing to foster standardization, automation and simplification

• Continuously improve and extend our knowledgebase based on feedback from employees and other functional teams

• Updates and Maintains complete and accurate data entry /records of all leave status

• Preserves confidentiality of documentation and files

• Works closely with Benefit Operations Team

• Provides Leave Reporting as needed

• Support and take part in special projects and perform other duties as assigned

Your expertise:

• Bachelor d egree in Human Resources , Business or related fields or equivalent work experience

• 2-3 years of HR Data Management experience or related fields

• Strong understanding of HR Administration and HR processes

• Working knowledge of Benefit Leave administration and Leave types

• Recording and reporting leaves of absence

• Knowledge in both Canada and United States data and Leaves of absence

• Strong verbal and written communication skills and customer-oriented mind-set

• Team player and adept at collaboration in a virtual , global environment

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution

• Ability to secure and maintain confidential information

• Continuous improvement mind- set and capable to identify opportunities for automation , efficiency or employee training and advancement

• Comfortable with heavy use of technology , knowledge of HR systems ( ServiceNow and/ or Workday is a plus)

• Fluency in English required and French preferred
