Compensation: $17.37/hr
The Compass Health Human Resources Department is recruiting for a HR Data Management Specialist to join the team! This role will assist within the human resources department in hiring process, file maintenance, and data base management and general clerical duties. This is a full time, benefits eligible position and can be based out of any of our locations.
Responsibilities of the HR Data Management Specialist:
• Assign employee ID numbers for new hires and enter demographics in computerized database
• Inform management, payroll, and IT of new hires via electronic communications
• Maintain employee demographics, including changes in address, direct deposit directives, salary information, and change of office/department location, position, or status.
• Ensure all privileging data, LIP applications and letters are entered and uploaded into computerized data base
• Create and update employee ID badges
• Implements agency wide resignation/termination notifications
• Inactivate resigned/terminated employees in electronic record system, driving monitor system, on-line learning system and supervisory email groups.
• Initiates exit interview process for all resigned/terminated employees
• Assist with New Employee Orientation as needed
EDUCATION
High School/GED required
WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Experience in Human Resources field preferred
