Essential Functions and Primary Duties - Resolve a full range of internal and external requests supporting the Human Resources Department
- Assist with the coordination of various HR processes and programs as they relate to employee needs
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and offboarding tasks
- May have administrator duties, or oversight responsibilities on applicable systems
- Prepare responses to employee inquiries under supervision by more senior management
- Work on data collection, fact-finding and research
- May have responsibility to conduct and/or coordinate training of others
- May have responsibility for compliance and administration of applicable corporate policies, local policies and federal and state regulations
- May be responsible for documentation
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's degree preferred
Qualifications Required - High school diploma or GED
- 2-3 years experience in workforce in a responsible position
- Must maintain licenses and/or certifications relative to area of responsibility
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing both internally and externally
- Proficient use of applicable technology
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills, time management skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize
