Our client, political data organization, is seeking a permanent HR, People & Culture Manager to join their team!

About You:

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of Human Resources experience required.
• Strong organization, time management and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS required.

The Job:

• Act as a resource to employees and managers on all HR related issues
• Administer and manage employee benefits and compensation programs
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local employment laws and regulations.
• Track all HR related reporting requirements.
• Other duties as assigned
