HR PROGRAM SPECIALIST
One of The Select Group's clients is looking for a HR Program Specialist that can sit FULLY REMOTE. This person is going to be focused on change management and must have experience with Workday HCM. If the below sounds like you, please apply!

HR PROGRAM SPECIALIST REQUIREMENTS

• Must have experience with Workday HCM
• Must have a background in Change Management
• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle
• Familiarity with supporting the design, development, delivery and management of communications and training materials/presentations
• Experience working with end users, HR, IT and the business to successfully roll out change
• Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
• Problem solving and root cause identification skills
• Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
• Ability to work in ambiguous situations

HR PROGRAM SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the HR Project Manager with Change Management deliverables
• Communicate and work with cross-functional departments such as HR, IT, Business Units, End Users, etc.
• Draft communications
• Help create and update user guides
• Involved in drafting training decks
