Our client, a materials manufacturing company, is in search of a skilled HRBP to spearhead Labor Relations at their Baltimore manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include fostering positive labor relations, collaborating with the Union and reviewing CBA's, and overseeing various HR activities. If you have a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of labor relations experience, along with proficiency in Google Suite, don't miss this opportunity to make an impact in this growing company!

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling the day-to-day labor relations, ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements and HR policies/procedures.
• Investigate and review labor relations matters, recommending solutions and executing strategies.
• Cultivate and maintain a collaborative relationship with the Union and Union leadership, engaging with both hourly employees and support staff.
• Manage the grievance process and provide guidance on CBA interpretation and administration.
• Collaborate on recruitment efforts, onboarding, and training for new employees.
• Create and implement employee engagement efforts to maintain a positive work culture and minimize turnover.
• Support organizational development and performance management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of demonstrated labor relations experience.
• SPHR, PHR, or SHRM certification, is preferred.
• Proficient in Google Suite and willingness to learn new systems.
• Able to work 100% onsite in Baltimore, MD.

Compensation/Benefits:

• Up to $120K (DOE) with a strong annual bonus.
