Our client, a real estate investment firm, are hiring for a Human Capital Manager to join their Washington, DC team. You will develop HR initiatives, manage overall HR strategies, policies, and procedures and oversee the recruitment and onboarding process. Candidates will possess 10+ years of experience in employee relations, performance appraisals, benefits, HR legal compliance, and a Bachelor's degree is required. This is a permanent opportunity paying $110-115K + 10-15% bonus.
