Our client, a global manufacturing with their headquarters in Concord! They are looking for an HR Coordinator who is looking to grow their career and be a part of a collaborative and supportive environment!

Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle recruitment efforts from job posting to offer acceptance and onboarding
• Conduct new employee orientation and assist with onboarding
• Administer employee benefits programs
• Maintain HR records and employee files
• Manage community service and outreach opportunities for the office in addition to organizing and managing company social events including annual picnic, holiday party, retirements and birthdays
• Provide support to expats including visas, housing and more
• Act as point of contact for all employee inquiries and concerns
• Other administrative duties as assigned

About You:

• 5+ years of Human Resources experience
• Proficiency with HRIS software and Microsoft Office
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• Ability to work onsite 5 days a week
