Human Resources Generalist

Company in Charlotte looking for a Human Resources Generalist. 8am-5pm. Salary depends on experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage recruitment postings and the employee hiring process
• Benefits administration
• Maintain employee files
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and laws
• Administer company employee communication
• Handle employee relations
• Manage employee welfare, wellness and health reporting
• Assist company managers regarding human resource issues
• Administrative duties and record keeping

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of Human Resources (HR) experience within a professional environment
• HR Certification preferred
• Knowledge of employee benefit plans and the relevant laws and regulations that govern them
• Knowledge of employment law, ADA and EEO regulations, workers' compensation and OSHA law
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle, organize and prioritize multiple requests within tight deadlines
