JOB SUMMARY - To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

This role will have a broad scope of responsibilities in the support of Human Resources team. The successful candidate will own the HR information systems (HRIS), define, improve, and implement processes, build analytic capabilities and create HR dashboards and reports. This position will work closely with our Human Resources Leadership Team to leverage our systems/processes to drive better business outcomes and enable Company growth, globally.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of the employee life-cycle processes in close cooperation with the global HR team to ensure processes are well defined and compliant.
  • Evaluate, enhance and implement HR processes and programs to create efficiencies and enhance the employee/manager experience.
  • Manage reporting responsibility for standard and ad-hoc reporting including data gathering and consulting on data elements available for reporting purposes.
  • Accountable for system data maintenance to safeguard data integrity. Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy.
  • Manage and configure Dayforce HRIS system in partnership with IT and/or external vendors to ensure system is configured to support the HR processes.
  • Ensure correct and timely administration of Dayforce HRIS Data Maintenance.
  • Define and manage projects related to HR processes, systems and tools.
  • Ensure continuous improvement of HR, processes to enable the HR organization to drive better business outcomes.
  • Ensure timely communication of standards, procedures and processes to employees, managers and HR.
  • In partnership with HR leaders, HR team members, Payroll team and Legal team, develop and maintain programs, policies, and practices compliant with regulation and company policies.
  • Ensure regulatory filings are completed timely and completely such as EEO-1, Affirmative Action Planning, and other state and federal filings as required.
  • Manage and communicate compliance reporting to HR partners and Executive Leadership Team as required.
  • Responsible for paper and electric personnel record retention and security.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS -The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill or ability required.


Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's Level of Degree in the Human Resources, Business or related field of study
  • 7 years of demonstrated experience in HR Operations, Human Resources
  • Any preferred education, experience or certifications: HRIP Certification, HRIS degree, PMP Certification, SHRM-CP/PHR Certification, Ceridian Dayforce experience
