Beacon Hill is seeking an experienced corporate contracts paralegal for a long term contract role with a well known corporate league. This is a hybrid role that will require the candidate to be on-site in their Queens office three days per week. The ideal candidate has a strong background in litigation and contracts work. Pay rate is dependent on experience but will compensate at a minimum of $35 per hour.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist with oversight of outside counsel, and liaising with League counsel, handling various types of litigation
• Draft various types of agreements and amendments or revisions, including advertising and sponsorship agreements, suite agreements, special event and hospitality function agreements, location agreements, miscellaneous marketing and promotional agreements, purchase and services agreements, releases and waivers.
• Maintain the Legal Department's database of key documents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Prior paralegal experience
• Prior experience drafting and negotiating contracts
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook)
