What You'll Do as a Palletizer:

• Load our delicious ice cream product from conveyors onto pallets with precision and care.
• Ensure products are stacked safely and securely according to a specific stacking pattern.
• Mark or put identifying labels on product loads
• Monitor materials, products and equipment at each step of process and reports irregularities to supervision
• Follow good manufacturing practices and maintain a clean and organized workspace to uphold our safety standards.
• Maintain communication with other departments and raise concerns that may restrict the efficiency of production
• Utilizing continuous improvement mindset, identify opportunities to improve processes
• Follow all required work safe practices including proper PPE for cold temperatures
• Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately
• Perform other duties as assigned

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM (2nd Shift)

Pay:

• $19.82 per hour (with opportunities for overtime)

Requirements

• Physical stamina to work on your feet, lift, and move up to 50 lbs on a repeated basis
