Position Summary:

The Compliance Solutions division is made up of a variety of businesses that support products across all ADP divisions. In addition to Compliance Services hosting the payroll tax operations and compliance engines across ADP, it is also the entrepreneurial home for ADP, featuring services that go "beyond payroll" as we offer our clients unique opportunities to improve processes and remain compliant. The Compliance Solutions Implementation organization, also known as Smart Compliance, is a multi-module based organization that offer a variety of modules and services. Offering time-saving and compliance related services to over 500,000 clients, Compliance Solutions implementation services provides configuration, analysis, validation, project planning and training to clients to ensure a successful implementation within Electronic Payments, Wage Garnishments, Employment Verification, Unemployment Claims, Tax Credits & Incentives, Electronic invoicing, Global Cash Card and Freelancer platform offerings and more.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Analysis & Consultation (Start Up)

  • Conducts project initiation activities.
  • Analyze existing client systems, interface requirements, business process and operational needs
  • SME in Module assigned.
  • Administrative set up of ADP systems for new clients within assigned module. (IS I primary function)

Configuration / Integration (Blue Print)

  • Works and counsels with client on system and service configuration efforts, product adaptation and business best practice solutions.
  • Determines best methodology and oversees the accurate and timely conversion of client's data per functional review process.

Validation

  • Performs Analysis, set-up, testing and validation for various projects while ensuring Steller Service while minimizing financial exposure.
  • Builds client control information and oversees the pre- and post-implementation testing of products.
  • Oversees formal hand-off of system and operational services to other ADP departments/clients.
  • ·

Project Planning

  • Generates and maintains key project documents; dashboards, status reports, issue and resolution logs and change control documents.
  • Utilizes these documents to communicate project status to the client and ADP's sales and management teams.
  • Effectively executes project control and determines appropriate issues resolution/alternative.
  • Maintains current client profile data and escalates project issues to client and ADP executives as necessary.
  • Effectively communicate with all business partners ensuring appropriate and timely updates to any potentially impacted group or individual.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education & Certification Requirements:

  • Preferred Bachelor's degree

Experience:

  • 5 to 8 Years of Directly Related Experience.
  • Preferred experience in relevant industry, as Payroll practitioner and/or with system implementations/ Module Service experience.
  • Preferred experience in relevant industry, payroll or HCM practitioner. System Implementation experience or successful level I associate.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; or equivalent in education and experience
  • Proven ability to maintain focus and work effectively with multiple demands
  • Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish tasks
  • Strong client relationship skills
  • Must be comfortable working in a performance-based and structured environment while demonstrating high ethical standards
  • Must be able to recognize basic procedural issues as they arise, then escalate appropriately
  • Ability to demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills
  • The ability to learn and apply basic concepts in new situations
  • Proficiency in the latest web technologies and working knowledge of various operating systems
  • Excellent analytical skills and time management skills
  • Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written
  • Must be proficient using Microsoft Office
