Position Overview:
As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for onboarding new Collateral360 customers, which includes project planning, configuration of workflow, user training, and product adoption. You need to be a strategic thinker who is hands on, able to learn new concepts quickly, and effectively communicate with our Product and Development teams. You also need to be adept at solving challenging issues and continually looking to improve existing processes. What you will do and achieve:

• Oversee the onboarding lifecycle of assigned accounts.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of customers' industry and business challenges.
• Foster relationships and build trust with key customer stakeholders.
• Prepare, schedule, and lead all customer facing training sessions.
• Attend all Product Training Sessions to learn about new features, ask clarifying questions, and be a voice for the customer.
• Act as a liaison between product, development, and the customer during their onboarding.
• Assist in creating training material that deepen a customer's knowledge of our products and secure high customer satisfaction and product adoption.

Who you are:
Education

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience

• 3-5 years of prior experience in onboarding, training, or customer facing role of a SaaS platform.

Key Knowledge & Skills

• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Critical thinker with an ability to understand technical products and explain complicated concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Superior dedication to detail and time management.

Core Competencies

• Passionate about the application of technology to solve critical business problems.
• Able to set priorities and manage a heavy workload.
• Excellent communicator and comfortable in front of audiences.

Other Desirable Attributes

• Previous experience in commercial real estate or financial industries a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Sitting for extended, continuous periods of time.
• Ability to travel, less than 15%.
