Clinical Supervisor Job Summary:
Provide clinical supervision for Masters and Bachelors Level staff delivering home based services for the IHT/TM team assigned.
- Fosters growth, oversees service delivery and supports/mentors all clinical aspects of assigned supervisees.
- Supports efforts of the Program Director to set positive tone/morale for team.
- Teams complete all clinical documentation on-line using AVATAR Electronic Health Record System.
IHT/TM services are provided in Boston, Brockton, and Quincy, as well as other South Shore communities.
Required Skills
- Independent License in either Social Work or Mental Health Counseling required.
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
- Demonstrated ability to make sound clinical assessments and provide supervision to other clinical staff.
- Computer proficiency and ability to work with Electronic Health Records.
Required Experience
- Minimum of two (2) years post graduate/Master's experience required and five (5) years strongly preferred.
- Previous experience in the provision of home-based treatment plans.
- Previous supervisory/teaching experience preferred.
- Experience utilizing Electronic Health Record preferred.
