Area of Accountability:

• Assist in processing Engineering changes, manufacturing process changes, and new product releases for Industrial Planning group.
• Perform data acquisition and analysis relating to manufacturing of business processes.
• Create/update documentation for manufacturing and departmental processes.

Major Responsibilities (may vary depending on experience and business needs):

• Process ECNs, NPRs, and PCRs as assigned: Evaluate provided documentation and determine sufficiency for manufacturing and operations, initiating actions and creating documentation to fills gaps; determine and perform required inputs into ERP system to achieve proper product costing and production transactions; initiate PPAPs in QA system.
• Perform time studies and assist in the development of time standards.
• Inspect routings, BOMs, and item masters for accuracy and consistency, and perform updates.

• Currently enrolled in an associate's or bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering, or related field, with at least 1 year completed.
• Must be able to work full time (40 hour weeks) for the Co-Op Term.
• Effective oral, written, and PC skills mandatory.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills required.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Pro-E, AutoCAD, or similar experience is a plus.
• Interest in databases or computer programming is a plus.
