ECS is a federal contractor. As such, we are subject an Executive Order requiring all employees of federal contractors to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 by January 4th, 2022. ECS is seeking an Information Specialist I to work in our Gettysburg, PA office.

Job Description:
Answer incoming calls from license applicants and respond to written e-Support web requests that concern filing FCC license applications. Conduct necessary research, log calls into an incident management system, and make outgoing calls as needed.

Available to work between the hours of 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday, dependent upon the needs of Licensing Support Hotline. Full time 40 hours per week with benefit package and paid federal holidays.

Required Skills:

  • Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder
  • Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
  • High School Diploma
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Ability to interpret and apply applicable rules, policies, and procedures
  • Ability to prepare written documents using correct punctuation, grammar, and spelling.
  • Ability to use personal computers and Microsoft Office computer software applications.
