Infrastructure Engineer - Security

As a hands-on role, the Infrastructure Engineer - Security is to collaborate with all parts of the organization, including IT, DevOps, CloudOps, and Development. The role is responsible for leading and collaborating on cybersecurity controls, and processes to protect our development pipeline.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on the design and continual enhancement of security controls and processes surrounding the systems in our development pipeline and SaaS architecture
• Assess Development systems and processes, recommend strategies to continuously enhance controls, and collaborate to implement action plans
• Partnering with Development to perform detailed technical security reviews of new or acquired development systems and products
• Collaborate with CloudOps and DevOps to evaluate regular internal and external vulnerability scans within our multi-platform environment
• Participate in M&A discovery, evaluation, and integration activities
• Partner with Development on code reviews, and testing
• Oversee user access processes to key services (cloud and on premise) to ensure operational integrity
• Liaise and maintain appropriate relationships with internal teams

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience in a related field
• Minimum 5 years hands on experience
• Basic understanding of Agile development processes and supporting technologies
• Advanced analysis and problem-solving abilities
• Collaborative team member with great communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to articulate technical topics to non-technical audiences
• Desirable experience in any combination of: IT systems/infrastructure administration, software development, managing server platforms as part of development processes, public cloud infrastructure
