The Global Marketing Communications Department is an in-house Creative Services team that provides design materials for multiple departments across the company such as Human Resources, Sales, Leadership and more. A few deliverables include marketing collateral, presentations, banners, emails, logos, signage, infographics, social media, branded items and more. We help support design projects from initial concept to final production while maintaining brand standards.

Intern Project Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience designing print collateral and digital material. During this internship, the intern can expect to:

  • Design materials such as sell sheets, brochures, logo branded items, tradeshow signage, posters, email & landing page graphics, social media posts and more.
  • Assist the graphic designer with weekly projects
  • Create mockups for presentations or tradeshow materials
  • Design and source images for use on social media, campaigns, or public website
  • Take the lead on a design project for internal and external campaigns
  • Maintain and archive files and perform regular job file backup
  • Follow and ensure all designs meet brand guidelines/standards

Preferred Degree Programs/Skills/Unique Capabilities:

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, primarily InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Proficient in Microsoft Office, primarily PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Sketch, Figma, and WordPress are a plus.

  • Must be organized, detail-oriented with ability to execute highly accurate work under tight deadlines. Willingness to work hard and ability to accept feedback.
