Maintain the project excel sheets with weekly payroll data for hours and PTO
Maintain updated submittal log, and monitor the submittal schedule and status
Receive, log, and track plans and specification as received including all revisions
Distribute plans and specification to contractor personnel, subcontractors, and designers
Maintain all hard copy files of project documentation
Maintain electronic copy files of project documentation
Process and maintain files for change order requests, change orders, contracts, scope changes, and payment applications in an orderly and update manner
Process and maintain transmittals and associated documents
Work with superintends, engineers, and administration as required
Other miscellaneous duties to support engineering department
Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, and capable of communicating directly with engineers and administrative staff
Proven to be a self-motivated thinker when assigned long term tasks
Proven STRONG proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, especially Excel, and Outlook
Excellent organization and prioritization skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to be flexible and change directions to meet company needs

According to the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, employment in construction and extraction occupations is projected to grow 4 percent from 2019 to 2029, about as fast as the average for all occupations, and gain about 296,300 new jobs. Overall growth in the economy and population will increase demand for new buildings, roads, and other structures, which will create new jobs in construction and extraction occupations.
According to BLS, the median annual wage for all construction and extraction occupations was $48,610 in May 2020, which was higher than the median annual wage for all occupations of $41,950.
