What you will do
He/she will lead global employee communications across our $1B Sensormatic Solutions end-to-end business. This is an exciting opportunity for a high-energy internal communications professional to build an all-in high speed growth culture across our distributed worldwide employee base. Reporting to the director of communications, you will work closely with a wide range of constituents, including retail senior leadership, human resources, transformation and strategy teams, and JCI corporate communicators.

How you will do it

• Drive adoption of our retail business vision and high-speed growth culture by actively communicating with the global retail team at a steady cadence, through multiple mediums, and from multiple voices.
• Promote retail organizational health and employee engagement as measured by JCI and retail employee surveys.
• Actively engage with OHI work stream teams, communicating activities, improvements and milestones.
• Plan, develop content and oversee production of regular employee communications via newsletters, videos, blogs, e-mails, town hall presentations, podcasts, webinars, etc.
• Develop and execute the global retail internal communications plan, effectively engaging with employees in all functions, business units, and geographies.
• Support retail executive management team by providing support and mediums for regular communications - covering business strategy, operations, organizational developments, etc.
• Partner with human resources to communicate corporate and high-level retail organizational updates across the global retail business.
• Support the design, development and management of our new retail employee portal, which is a critical platform for team collaboration and to enable employees to locate needed information on demand. You will provide oversight, post content, and enable other retail administrators to create and manage their own sections of the portal.
• Partner in supporting and promoting major internal business events (annual business leadership kickoff, patent awards, hackathons, etc.).
• Liaise with JCI corporate communications teams to leverage tools, platforms and best practices to incorporate retail content into JCI corporate internal communications programs.
