RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Saint Louis, MO that is seeking an International Tax Manager. This role is with a great team in a fun culture and comes with good work-life balance! They also just refinished their beautiful new office.Responsibilities:

• Primary responsibility of the International Tax Manager is US international tax
• Assist with preparation of tax provision, tax return, and estimated payments
• International Tax Manager will perform research for tax planning opportunities and assist with due diligence

~ Prepare pricing calculations, documentation, and transaction analysis

• In this role, the International Tax Manager will assist with external audits

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
• CPA or working toward it
• 5+ years' experience in tax
• Project management experience
