This position is eligible for a hybrid remote office schedule.

The Investor Relations Coordinator will provide strong support to the Vice President, Investor Relations (IR) and the IR department in developing and executing the IR strategy, plans and programs. Responsibilities will include handling confidential material and assisting with day-to-day workflow including managing calendars, scheduling and coordinating various meetings (including event planning and coordinating logistics for analyst days and site visits), coordinating travel arrangements, completing expense reporting, etc. This role will collaborate with various groups across the organization, including Senior and Executive leaders, Finance, Public Affairs, Legal and others to accomplish the goals of the IR strategy and programs.

What will you do?

  • Perform highly diverse and complex administrative functions, including, but not limited to the following:
  • Coordinating calendars/schedules with an awareness of time-sensitive issues and the ability to prioritize accordingly; handling of highly confidential and sensitive material in a discreet and disciplined manner.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings events for complicated and diverse groups, which will include organizing all meeting logistics and effectively utilizing appropriate systems and technology. This will include, but is not limited to, logistics and event planning related to analyst days and site visit events.
  • Research, prioritize and follow up on incoming issues and concerns, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature, and determine appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
  • Manage and coordinate complex international and domestic travel arrangements, which will include corporate jet arrangements and travel documents/visa requirements.
  • Ensure all expense reports are prepared and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Participate in the data collection, analysis, writing, editing and production of publications and electronic media used in the IR programs.
  • Develop, proofread and format correspondence (including letters, emails, internal memos, reports and presentations) using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Collaborate with Public Affairs on consistency of messages, development plans and key messages.
  • Up-load and manage the approval process for news releases, presentations and scripts, as well as tactically maintaining the IR portion of the Mosaicco.com website.
  • Provide support for annual report, proxy and ESG reporting.
  • Assist with the alignment of ESG goals and metrics; and assist with the outreach and disclosures to rating agencies, sustainability indices and surveys
  • Interact regularly with investors and analysts, directing them to public information as applicable, and arranging scheduled interaction with VP, Investor Relations and other executives.
  • Manage the Investor Relations email box and web-based inquiries.
  • Serve as the primary operator of, and contributor to, the IR customer relationship management system, IPREO.
  • Manage IPREO capital markets database and system, which includes interfacing with IPREO analysts to collect data and provide analysis of relative stock price movements, investor and analyst perceptions and opinions.
  • Manage document fulfillment requests.
  • Prioritize investor requests and finalize conference schedules and Non-Deal Roadshows (NDRs) leveraging IPREO targeting services.

What do you need for this role?
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred with a major in Business, Communications or related field is preferred
  • 5+ years of administrative, communications, finance or investor relations support experience
  • For those candidates with a bachelor's degree, 2+ years of experience is required
  • Project management skills
  • Strong business and financial acumen skills preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written (especially grammar and proofing) communication skills
  • Strong listening skills
  • High level of tact and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
