The Registered Nurse managesall aspects of the nursing process and the delivery of patient and familycentered care. The Registered Nurse has the responsibility and authority torequest and use governing and administrative resources, technological and supportsystems, and multidisciplinary clinical experts necessary to manage and deliverquality, cost effective patient care. IVTherapy Team are members of all committees throughout facility and areresponsible for responding to all codes and teaching and certification of RN'son other floors.

Qualifications
Required:

• To perform this jobsuccessfully within the scope of nursing, an individual must be able to performeach essential duty satisfactorily and be able to demonstrate any knowledge andskills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patientsserviced in his/her assigned department.

• Graduatefrom an accredited School of Nursing.

• Currentlicense to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Preferred:

• RN with 3+years of IV and PICC experience.

• Bachelor'sDegree from an accredited School of Nursing.

• RN withCRNI certification or IV certification or training through the AVAA.
