Responsibilities:
* Manage new hire orientation, onboarding, and benefits administration
* Manage all employee files / personnel records and changes in HRIS system
* Conduct employment verifications
* Update reports and analyze data for leadership
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree required
* 1 year of Human Resources experience required in an office setting
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite required (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
* Knowledge with HRIS/ATS systems is required (ex. Paylocity, Workday, ADP, etc.)
Additional Info:
* Pay: $50,000 to $65,000
* Schedule: M-F 8:00am to 5:00pm
* Location: IN OFFICE 100%
