The Junior Integration Engineer provides support to our Competition group - monitoring, resolving issues, and reporting the availability of the mission critical systems and processes.

The schedule for this job will mirror our track-side operations, typically Wednesday/Thursday through Sunday during the NASCAR season.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Act as the first line incident response personnel and report minor incidents and configuration requests as needed.

  • Monitor the uptime for all trackside systems used by Competition and other business units.

  • Possess excellent troubleshooting skills to help identify the source of issues when they occur.

  • Execute Quality Assurance plans to test and deploy new software to the trackside environment.

  • Support the management of the incident ticketing systems and requests as well as tracking documentation to supply management with workforce tracking & efficiency reporting.

  • Work closely with multiple internal and external clients from Competition, Digital and other trackside business partners

  • Collect and produce weekly metric reports of issues and resolutions for each weekend event(s)

Travel: 25-35%, including weekends

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from four-year college or technical school and a minimum of one to three (1-3) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

COMPUTER SKILLS

Advanced skills on all company provided hardware and software. Experienced with computer networks, Microsoft SQL Server, and have good understanding of programming concepts.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

MTA preferred

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

Unique end-to-end knowledge and expertise in critical Competition related systems.
