  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm
  • Location: in office in Bloomington, MN
  • Type: Direct hire with benefits
  • Pay: $50K-$62K annually depending on experience
Responsibilities:
  • Create packets for interviews, new hire orientation, benefits orientation, and new employee files
  • Facilitate the new hire onboarding process and lead new hire orientation
  • Manage benefits administration
  • Keep employee files up to date within Paylocity
  • FMLA And LOA claims management
  • Streamlining processes via projects regarding employee handbooks, record retention, etc.
  • Provide day to day administrative support to the Human Resources department
  • Complete all employment verifications
  • Pull key reports and provide findings to HR leadership
  • Maintain HR related personnel records including filing and record retention
  • Knowledge of policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business and/or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of human resources experience with a strong desire to grow in Human Resources
  • Experience with Paylocity and/or other HRIS, Workday, ADP, or any other system for payroll or an applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Experience streamlining processes within HR is preferred
  • Experience with employee relations and handling sensitive topics and situations
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at a time
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate as a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience handling sensitive and confidential information
